I think it's fair to say that none of us on the trip came close to starving on this trip. In fact, the food was so good we ended up on diets when we got back! The resident chef, Udo, made sure we ate well. (Udo's nickname is Hop-Sing). The owner, Klement Dusterbeck, with his wife, made sure we weren't thirsty. Klenent rides a 1996 Harley Road King, and his friend Ludwig has a new Harley dresser. They plan to come to Milwaukee for the 100th Harley anniversary celebration in June 2003. I hope I can help them get here. Ludwig is buying a 2003 model dresser which he hopes to pick up in the states and ride in the party then.
