selections by yearI finally broke down and bought myself a Harley-Davidson motorcycle in April. It is a 1992 FLHS (ElectraGlide, to those of you who wouldn't otherwise know). I bought it from Andy Sawall with 9022 original miles on it. I picked it up on April 11th.
Our older son Scott went to upstate New York and stayed with my parents for the summer. Eric, the younger one, was anxious to do something in Scott's absence, so we took him to Valley Lake and camped out for a few days in July. It's 4-wheel drive territory to get in there. Holly was a little nervous. She wanted to put her hand out the window and push against the dirt to keep the truck from tipping over on the way in.
In November I headed back to Kurt Nowak's hunting camp. We bagged 4 deer that season.
